1. Introductory Provisions

These Terms and Conditions(hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”)govern the mutual rights and obligations between:

(hereinafter referred to as the“Seller“)

and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”), who enters into a purchase contract through the Seller’s online store available at judgeless.eu.

2. Order and Conclusion of the Contract

  1. The Buyer places an order via the order form on the Seller’s website.
  2. By submitting the order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the order by e-mail.

3. Price and Payment Terms

  1. The Seller is not a VAT payer. All prices are final.
  2. The Buyer may pay the purchase price using the following methods:
    • online payment card
    • bank transfer
    • cash on delivery
  3. The Seller reserves the right to change prices; such changes do not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Delivery Terms

  1. Goods are delivered via Zásilkovna / Packeta (pickup points or home delivery, according to the options selected during checkout).
  2. The usual delivery time is:
    • within the Czech Republic: up to 7 business days from order confirmation / receipt of payment,
    • abroad: usually up to 14 business days from order confirmation / receipt of payment.
  3. Shipping costs are stated during the ordering process (in the cart and at checkout).
  4. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (e.g. customs procedures, public holidays, extraordinary situations).

5. Withdrawal from the Contract

  1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
  2. Withdrawal from the contract must be communicated in writing (by e-mail or letter).
  3. The goods must be returned undamaged, clean, complete, and preferably in the original packaging. The Buyer may try the goods to a reasonable extent (as in a physical store). However, if the goods show signs of wear or are devalued, the Buyer is liable for the reduction in their value.
  4. The Buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.
  5. The Seller shall refund all payments received from the Buyer, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract, using the same payment method used by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Complaints and Liability for Defects

  1. The rights and obligations of the contractual parties regarding liability for defects are governed by the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
  2. Complaints may be submitted by the Buyer via e-mail at jdgls.wear@gmail.com
  3. The Buyer is required to send the claimed goods to the Seller’s address stated in these Terms and Conditions, together with a description of the defect and the order number.
  4. Complaints will be resolved within 30 days at the latest.

7. Personal Data Protection

  1. The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
  2. Detailed information on personal data protection is provided in the document Privacy Policy.

8. Final Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions are valid from 1 February 2026.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  3. Legal relations not governed by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Czech Republic.
  4. The Buyer – consumer has the right to out-of-court dispute resolution. The competent authority for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz ).
